Qingdao Sunsong Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Harco Manufacturing Group, LLC in Ohio, United States, local time Jun. 1. This is an important global footprint following the establishment of Sunsong North America, Inc. in NC.
Sunsong is one of the largest manufacturer of brake hose in China in addition to the wide range of automotive hoses and assemblies including power steering, oil cooler, and air conditioning hose for the global OEM and automotive aftermarket.
Harco is a manufacturer of brake hose assemblies serving the OEM market from its 311,000 square foot facility with 100 employees in Moraine, OH.
Mr. Wei Zengxiang, the Chairman of Qingdao Sunsong Co., Ltd., stated “The acquisition of Harco is an important step in the further global expansion of Sunsong.
